As an Agile Coach/ Scrum Master you will be a key partner to the success of our teams and process. Guiding and coaching our teams to success through agile techniques ensuring continuous improvement of processes where the engagement of key stakeholders can be most efficient. You will own our backlog and ensure that stories are well refined. As needed, you will introduce new ideas which will lead to the achievement of our strategy, while ensuring the development of our people is always a key objective.

  • Established and reinforced a culture of accountability and high-quality software engineering

  • Guide teams to help them stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure the team is delivering to their fullest potential.

  • Ensuring a happy and well-running team cultural, promoting productivity

  • Ability to analyze and identify areas of improvement

  • Strong communication skills /effective verbal and written

  • Languages: English

  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
