You will be the face and voice of Sharpist for our Coaches.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of coaching, our product, and all the processes of a young company, allowing you to continually evolve them
Activities that support all processes around application, selection, onboarding, training, and other support of our coaches on our learning platform
You contribute your own ideas to improve the coach experience and our digital processes
You will be in direct contact with our Coaches
You will work closely with all teams in our company - from Sales to Content to the Product team
Test our product yourself and experience first-hand personal coaching during your time with us

You have excellent written and spoken English and German skills
You are looking for an internship for 6 months, so you can really get into the matter of operations management and digital project management in a tech start-up in the learning & development space :-)
You are a communicative, empathetic and solution-oriented personality
Due to your strong organizational skills you are able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
You have an affinity for personal development and are interested in (business) coaching
You have a study background in psychology, business administration or similar - first experiences in a start-up or in customer support are a plus, not a must
The desired start date of the internship is July is preferred but can be discussed. It can optionally take place "remotely" and accordingly a move to Berlin is not a requirement.
