As a Coach Relations Specialist (f/m/x), you will drive us further on our coach experience journey by building and maintaining relationships with our coaches, who are an integral part of Shartpis!

What you'll do here at Sharpist

Within 1 month, you will…

  • Have a successful onboarding and will get to know your team and key stakeholders

  • Understand the core value Sharpist provides to business customers and learners

Within 1 quarter, you will…

  • Establish great relationships with the people at Sharpist to understand individual and team responsibilities, cross-functional collaborations, and dependencies

  • Get an understanding of our supply side and connect to the coaching community

  • Build relationships with our coaches

  • Start recruiting and onboarding new coaches

  • Get a good grip of our coach engagement tactics (webinars, seminars…)

Within 1 year, you will…

  • Gain a full understanding of our coach experience strategy and processes

  • Significantly contribute to recruiting new coaches and successfully onboarding them

  • Master our processes and coach performance metrics and how to use them to support our coaches in continuously improving their sessions

  • Continue with us on our hyper-growth journey and help us improve our coach experience as we enter new markets!

Job requirements

We believe you'll be successful if you are this type of person

  • Possess strong communication and listening skills with the ability to build and develop long-lasting relationships

  • Able to handle difficult conversations (contracts, commercials, performance feedback..)

  • Data-savvy and structured with a focus on fast execution

  • Pragmatic and not afraid to take initiative

These hard facts will get us excited to get to know you better

  • At least 2 years of experience in coach/partner/stakeholder management

  • Native-level German

  • Fluent English

  • Experience in SasS/PaaS/Cloud

  • Interest in and/or affinity with the coaching industry

  • Experience with managing coaches is a plus
