As a Content Experience Specialist (f/m/x), you will work on initiatives that tailor our product experience to the learning needs of the thousands of leaders who embark on a coaching journey with Sharpist. You will collaborate with different teams to discover our customers’ key learning needs, and develop solutions based on customer knowledge, performance data, and business strategy. You will also be responsible for proficiently delivering quality content designed for the uplift in product engagement and advancement of learner and customer goals.

What you'll do here at Sharpist

Within 1 month, you will…

  • Gain an overview of our content library, our content partners, and the tailored content solutions we offer.

  • Have an in-depth onboarding to our content product experience and the Content team’s processes.

Within 1 quarter, you will…

  • Independently manage on-demand content requests from coaches

  • Support coaches with questions about our content library and content experience

  • Support learners' on-demand content curation and recommendation needs

Within 1 year, you will…

  • Create evergreen micro-learning content for our library

  • Curate and develop content for tailored customer learning programs

  • Independently push product initiatives and improvements that service our learners’ needs.

  • Establish a network of collaborators across technical and commercial teams at Sharpist.

Job requirements

We believe you'll be successful if you are this type of person

  • Self-starter with a growth mindset who can work independently 

  • Able to remain passionate, agile and innovative through times of change

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and (especially) written -> your work with content afterall! :)

These hard facts will get us excited to get to know you better 

  • Experience in content management roles - enough to understand all competencies needed from content creation to performance evaluation

  • Basic knowledge of UX concepts and best practices

  • Excellent German and English

  • Experience tracking content analytics and creating content optimization strategies based on data and content trends and best practices

  • A background in Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, or Human Resources management is a plus
