As a Customer Success Intern (m/f/x), you will be able to get to know our product, the different teams and our customers very well, as many processes and tasks converge in this team. You will be responsible for supporting the team in their daily tasks. This includes collecting data, analyzing it and turning it into appealing presentations. You will also be able to take on your own projects and make a valuable contribution to our customer collaboration.

Job requirements

What you'll do here at Sharpist

Within 1 month, you will…

  • Know how successful customer success management works and how our internal processes run

  • You will meet other teams and learn how they cooperate with the Customer Success team

  • Start to support the team members in their daily tasks, by analysing data & preparing presentations

  • Understand the core value Sharpist provides to business customers and learners

Within 1 quarter, you will…

  • Gain a deep understanding of our product and the needs of our customers

  • Take over and lead your first own projects besides daily tasks

  • help us to further develop our product and our service

After 6 months, you will…

  • Have gained a comprehensive insight into the work of a Customer Success Specialist at Sharpist

  • you will know how successful customer collaboration works that gives real added value

  • You will have experienced firsthand how exciting it is to work in an ambitious startup

  • You will have had a lot of fun with your colleagues and will be able to look back on many valuable experiences

  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills

  • You are looking for a full time internship for 6 months

  • You have a study background in the field of psychology, sociology, business studies or similar

  • You have an experience with data analysis and can build stories based on data

  • You have the ability to transform content into appealing presentations

  • You have basic knowledge and experience in conducting & evaluating (company) surveys
