As a (Senior) Enterprise Account Executives (f/m/x), you will have a true impact in changing how companies train and develop the next generation of leaders across the globe. You will play an important role in the growth of Sharpist, and will primarily be responsible for revenue generation through strategic alliances with customers. You will develop different strategies for opportunities, own sales cycles, and work with the most important enterprise leaders of their segment.

What you'll do here at Sharpist

Within 1 month, you will…

  • Have a successful onboarding and get to know your key stakeholders from sales, business development, revenue operations, customer success, design and other teams, and set your future collaboration for success
  • Understand the core value Sharpist provides to business customers and learners
  • Get on top of current company offerings and industry trends
  • Start devising unique outreach strategies to achieve fundamental company and personal objectives
  • Get in touch with first customers (prospect, qualify and pitch)

Within 1 quarter, you will…

  • Build your sales pipeline and a plan on how to achieve your quota
  • Independently manage, select, and close new client relationships and new business.
  • Foster relationships and connect with new local enterprise clients
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our services in virtual demonstrations with the goal to earn a prospect’s business

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients & close first contracts

Within 1 year, you will…

  • Achieve (and overachieve) quotas
  • Continue to expand, taking on additional responsibilities and clients
  • Work on diverse cross-functional projects to help the sales team excel

  • Assist in the creation of new strategies and tactics, as well as forecasting for next year

  • Build relationships and a network with C-Suites of large Enterprises in the DACH-Region and in the Learning & Development space.

These hard facts will get us excited to get to know you better

  • A few years of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on new business, preferably experience with SaaS businesses.
  • A track record of hitting and outperforming sales targets. You’re a natural salesperson and you love it!
  • Skills in building business champions and running complex sales processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
  • A hunter mentality and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in selling to L&D Departments, HR, Learning, or similar industries is a plus.
  • Previous Sales Methodology training, e.g. MEDDIC, Force Management, SPIN, Challenger Sales, etc.
  • Native-level German and fluent English
  • Preferably based in the Munich or Berlin area
