As an Enterprise Account Manager (m/f/d), you will have a true impact in changing how companies train and develop the next generation of employees across the globe. Alongside our VP Sales, you will play a key role in our go-to-market strategy, and will primarily be responsible for growing our key accounts in the DACH region by supporting their strategic initiatives and employee growth.


You will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships as the account manager of our largest clients (e.g. DAX 40) and work alongside our Customer Success and New Business team. What you'll do here at Sharpist


Within 1 month, you will…

  • Have a successful onboarding and get to know your key stakeholders.

  • Understand the core value Sharpist provides to business customers and learners


Within 1 quarter, you will…

  • Understand your territory and build a territory plan in line with your sales target. Leverage data in our platform and identify strategic growth opportunities to help existing clients reach their goals supported by our solution

  • Negotiate balanced renewals and expansions that profit our business while also benefiting the client, and shepherd the deals through legal negotiation

  • Establish a smooth collaboration with the Customer Success team to help maximize client use, value, and satisfaction of our platform

  • Put to use your exceptional CRM hygiene to provide up-to-date and accurate ongoing forecasts


Within 1 year, you will…

  • Master command of our corporate message and significantly contribute to our 3x growth

  • Develop different strategies on how to retain and develop our customers

  • Work alongside our Customer Success Teams and our key clients

  • Renew and grow the existing contracts within existing accounts by identifying new sales opportunities and helping our clients to implement such strategic initiatives and, as such, help us grow our revenue

  • Conduct well-informed and consultative meetings with senior-level executives to demonstrate the business value of our innovative product

Job requirements


We believe you'll be successful if you are this type of person

  • Great presentation skills along with high confidence when engaging with decision-makers

  • Powerful communication and interpersonal skills - highly articulate via phone, email, and in-person is a differentiator

  • A positive & engaged approach to working collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partners

  • Inspired by working in a constantly changing and evolving work environment where growth is non-stop

  • Passionate about forecast accuracy and dedicated follow up skills that allow for nothing to fall through the cracks


These hard facts will get us excited to get to know you better

  • Native-level German and fluent English

  • Several years of business growth and/or acquisition on an enterprise level is a must

  • Consistent and proven delivery of attaining quota targets 

  • Well versed in value-based solution selling

  • Experience with Tech/SaaS and L&D/HR industry is a huge plus!
