As HR Manager / People Operations Manager (m/f/x), you are the backbone of all HR processes in our company and therefore manage the administrative setup of our entire employee lifecycle which positively contributes to our company culture.

Job requirements

What you'll do here at Sharpist

Within 1 quarter you will…

  • Familiarize yourself with and be responsible for all our administrative HR processes (On- and offboardings, contract creations, and amendments, work certificates, organizational chart structure, digital personnel files)

  • Manage our company-wide payroll with our external tax consultancy

  • Initiate process improvements and optimizations in our HRIS, Personio

Within 1 year you will…

  • Maintain and advance our healthcare and benefits management as key projects which impact employee satisfaction and retention

  • Set up new HR policies that allow to collaborative effectively in a hybrid working environment

  • Manage the openings of further legal entities as Sharpists expands from an HR administrative perspective

  • Implement solutions to optimize communication between HR and employees

These hard facts will get us excited to get to know you better

  • Previous work experiences in HR administrative positions

  • Knowledge of contract creations, labor/employment law, social security taxes, foreign entities, relocation processes, or any similar areas

  • Fluent in both English and German, confidently able to work in both languages as needed

  • Previous legal or corporate environment experience is a plus
