As an Intern People & Culture (m/f/x) you will get to know all areas of our People & Culture department and take on both independent projects and tasks that arise in the context of our daily work as well as within the office management.

Within your first quarter, you will:

  • Be our office hero & party lion. This includes accepting packages and post, placing orders to fill up our office fridges, taking care of a clean office, as well as planning great company events πŸ₯³

  • Support our onboarding ambassador team to keep the magnificent onboarding experience up by sending out welcome packages, scheduling onboarding events and take care of a high new joiner satisfaction πŸ’™

  • Enable a positive and smooth employee experience from an administrative point of view by supporting several People Operations topics, such as importing data to our HRIS, relocation processes etc. πŸ’»

  • Have taken over at least one project within People & Culture responsibilities, e.g. knowledge management within the company 🧐

  • You are in your advanced bachelor's or master's studies or have completed your apprenticeship (e.g. in hospitality)

  • You have excellent German (C2) and fluent English skills (C1)

  • You are preferably available from October 15th, 2021

  • You are able to be in our Berlin office 4-5 times per week
