As a Creative, you craft beautifully engaging storylines that are tailored to the needs of our various user personas and can be presented via different media formats. These media formats can be videos, animations, articles, audios and also user journeys within the product. By outlining these stories you will gain a deep understanding for our users and their learning paths and you will guarantee a rich user experience. In order to ensure a most user-centric approach, you are in frequent exchange with several of our teams and combine different backgrounds.

 

In the first month you will

  • Get an overview of our quickly growing library of leadership content
  • Conceptualize, write, and produce new content on a daily basis that is always tailored to our users. You will always combine a joy for learning with other factors that sustainably drive our user engagement

In 3 months you will

  • Design new content formats together with our product team
  • Assess and choose content that you purchase from our large network of content partners and publishers
  • Spot gaps in our resource database and library and expand both by numerous sources in the domains of management, productivity, and self-awareness

In 6 months you will

  • Prioritize your work and our overall content creation based on data
  • Design new "Content Streams" for a large range of users
  • Consult your team in how to optimally support users in their professional development, by providing them with a fitting learning journey

Requirements

Our Creatives – what a surprise – execute in extremely creative roles that require excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and courage. Also, we expect openness to our sometimes scrappy work environment. You appreciate a challenge and enjoy realizing projects with lightning speed, also in a sometimes hectic work environment. You are an innovative thinker and love to learn and grow professionally.

 

In month 0 this role requires:

  • Bachelor's studies preferably in film, journalism, interaction design, communications, or literature
  • First experience in content management, UX writing, creative writing, content production, or community management; previous work in a startup or performance-driven journalism is a strong plus
  • Knowledge in behavioral psychology, corporate education, organizational behavior, and coaching as a strong plus
  • A better sorry than safe attitude
  • Native level German as well as English on C2 level are a must!
