As IT Operations Manager (m/f/x) you manage the hardware and software infrastructure that enables our employees to succeed in a growth phase! Therefore, you play a pivotal role in the technical onboarding of new joiners, manage ad-hoc IT needs by employees and drive multiple IT projects.

You are willing to go the extra mile, especially in times of incidents
You demonstrate 2-4 years of work experience in managing software and hardware infrastructure, e.g. as System Administrator, IT Manager or similar position
You are knowledgeable in MacOS systems, office networks, SSO, device & password management, GSuite/Workplace, Telephony/VOIP & printers
You have experience with developing IT policies and procedures imposing minimal restrictions
You live in Berlin or have the willingness to commute to our Berlin office very regularly
German Business Fluency is a plus
