As IT Operations Manager (m/f/x) you manage the hardware and software infrastructure that enables our employees to succeed in a growth phase! Therefore, you play a pivotal role in the technical onboarding of new joiners, manage ad-hoc IT needs by employees and drive multiple IT projects.

  • Take ownership of critical IT systems at Sharpist

  • Form a vision for how IT can enable growth in all areas of our business

  • Clean up legacy systems and roll out new ones

Job requirements

  • Your excellent organization and self-management helps you to manage multiple projects

  • You are a learning advocate and have the ability to explain and teach technical concepts to a non-technical audience

  • You are passionate and fascinated about the world of technology

  • You are willing to go the extra mile, especially in times of incidents

These hard facts will get us excited to get to know you better

  • You demonstrate 2-4 years of work experience in managing software and hardware infrastructure, e.g. as System Administrator, IT Manager or similar position

  • You are knowledgeable in MacOS systems, office networks, SSO, device & password management, GSuite/Workplace, Telephony/VOIP & printers

  • You have experience with developing IT policies and procedures imposing minimal restrictions

  • You live in Berlin or have the willingness to commute to our Berlin office very regularly

  • German Business Fluency is a plus
