Your challenge:

 

We are looking for an experienced IT System Administrator (m/f/d) who keeps our entire office infrastructure up and running and supports the Sharpist team in using software and devices. You will evaluate, select and implement appropriate hardware and software solutions for the company and make sure your colleagues are properly trained how to use them. In this role you will also work hand in hand with our engineering team to set up a secure environment for our users’ data and conduct frequent trainings to ensure everyone at Sharpist complies with our data security standards.

 

 

Job requirements

 Your responsibilities:

  • You provide accurate and fast troubleshooting for day to day end-user problems.
  • You own and steer our long term systems infrastructure strategy.
  • You work closely with our People Team to make sure new employees have everything they need from day one (hardware setup, account creation, IT-Onboarding).
  • You manage our hardware inventory as well as our cloud based solutions and web applications.
  • You maintain high IT-security standards and provide frequent trainings for our employees.

 

Your stack:

We expect these hard facts and soft skills from our applicants:

  • You have hands on experience with the selection and administration of cloud software products.
  • You are experienced using and administering G Suite.
  • You already worked in a fast paced environment, supporting at least 50+ end-users.
  • You are familiar with macOS, iOS, Android and GNU/Linux.
  • You bring basic knowledge of data privacy requirements.
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for what you do and are willing to teach and learn new things.
  • Fluent verbal and written English and German skills.
