As Project Specialist - Coach Relations (m/f/x) your mission is to drive the operational processes of our product supply (our coaches) and therefore advance engagement on our learning platform. You implement cross-functional projects in a hands-on, action-oriented, and data-driven manner to increase critical success factors like the optimization of our matching process between learners and their coaches, seamless recruitment of new coaches, efficient onboarding processes on our platform, and building of an engaged coach community.

Be onboarded on Sharpist vision, strategy, values and all company processes and policies
Establish great relationships with the people at Sharpist to understand individual and team responsibilities, cross-functional collaborations and dependencies
Get an understanding of our supply side and connect to the coaching community
Start improving existing processes like the matching algorithm between learners and coaches or the onboarding process on our platform (interface with our product, tech team & user operations teams)
Shape our OKR planning process, use data analyses to identify key bottlenecks and map out GoToMarket strategies for our product supply based on our objectives
Build supply health measurements by delivering assessment on current coach capacity
Facilitate contract closings and renewals by running supply forecastings for market expansions and involving coaches in sales processes (interface with our revenue function)
Survey our coaches and use these insights to drive specific initiatives to increase coach engagement (e.g. webinars, coach surprises, digital engagement initiatives)
Set the bar for coach engagement to drive customer outcomes
Participate in the growth of your team and impact your surrounding with new responsibilities

Your entrepreneurial mindset and passion for the product allow you to focus on projects and initiatives that contribute to our business strategy
2-4 years of experience in operations-focussed project management or equivalent role in a professional environment, preferably expertise in managing product supply
You have experience working with a tech-related product in a fast-paced environment
In recent projects, you have improved processes by working in a data-driven manner
Eligibility to work within the EU and residence in Germany is required
Nice to have: You have experience in building up corporate communities or a coaching qualification
