As Project Specialist - Coach Relations (m/f/x) your mission is to be the ears, eyes, and voice of our coaches to drive their engagement on our learning platform and improve our product through cross-functional projects. You are responsible for building and nurturing our coach community, optimizing our matching process between learners and their coaches as well ensuring a seamless onboarding to our platform.

Within 1 month you will…

  • Be onboarded on Sharpist vision, strategy, values and all company processes and policies

  • Establish great relationships with the people at Sharpist so to understand individual and team responsibilities, cross functional collaborations and dependencies

  • Be hands on main tasks and projects

  • Take full ownership of role responsibilities

  • Prioritize and start new initiatives and projects (e.g. how to improve our learner-coach-matching process, building a community of coaches, 

  • Define own OKRs and contribute to team goals and objectives

  • 2-5 years of experience in project management or equivalent role in a professional environment

  • You have experience working with a tech-related product in a fast-paced environment

  • In recent projects, you have improved operational processes by working in a data-driven manner
