As a Revenue Operations Specialist (f/m/x) at Sharpist, you will bring operational excellence to the entire revenue function. As the intersection between four different teams (Business Development, Sales, Customer Success & Marketing), you’ll build up processes, align the teams and support their day to day business.

Meet everyone from marketing, business development, sales and customer success to understand their needs and build key relationships
Understand our product, most important metrics processes in the growth function and support in their day to day operations
Sharpen our revenue processes, identify opportunities and bottlenecks and build new ones

Your analyses and process improvements in our revenue function bring sales to peak performance
You contribute to our business strategy with targeted initiatives that improve key metrics and drive the efficiency of our revenue streams as a whole
You have executed cross-functional projects, overlook the operations of four different teams and how they work together

Located in Berlin/Germany or willingness to relocate to Germany
Business Fluency in English
