As our Sales Development Working student (f/m/x), you will be the first point of contact between the market and Sharpist and in many conversations the first face of the company. You will contribute to Sharpist's growth by prospecting, sharing feedback with the Marketing and Product team, and creating a positive customer experience.

What you'll do here at Sharpist

Within 1 month, you will…

  • Have a successful onboarding and get to know your key stakeholders from business development, sales, marketing, revenue operations and customer success

  • Understand the core value Sharpist provides to business customers and learners

  • Get on top of current company offerings and industry trends

  • Advise first potential customers about the possibilities of measuring the success of digital coaching and the integration of Sharpist into their learning and development landscape

  • Receive your first private coaching sessions with your own coach


Within 1 quarter, you will…

  • Create collaboration with your Account Executive (AE)

  • Be in regular contact with the other departments, especially Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations

  • Attend your first trade fair/event

  • Interview numerous HR leaders around the world, helping them find solutions to their challenges with Sharpist and

  • Book your first opportunities


And then, what's next?

  • Continuously develop your acquisition skills and knowledge of the product and HR landscape

  • You tell us ;)


Job requirements

We believe you'll be successful if you are this type of person

  • Outgoing, have strong communication skills and are not afraid of challenging conversations

  • Deep curiosity

  • Team player who enjoys working in a multicultural team

  • Personal responsibility and initiative to accept upcoming challenges and think "outside-the-box"

  • Driven by a passion for learning, further development and personal and professional growth

  • A combination of humility and confidence will help you have honest and open-minded conversations with professionals

  • You enjoy telephoning and have motivation and stamina


These hard facts will get us excited to get to know you better 

  • First experience in a customer-facing role (online or offline)

  • First Sales/Business Development experience (especially in the SaaS field) is a huge plus but not a must:)

  • Fluent English

  • Excellent German
