As a Sales Enablement & Onboarding Specialist (f/m/x) for the revenue teams you will be a main driver for achieving our revenue targets by onboarding new joiners as well as training of existing team members. You will also manage and implement tools to set the team(s) up for success. Your role will be at the intersection of 4 different teams: Marketing, Business development, Sales & Customer Success.

What you'll do here at Sharpist


Within 1 month you will…

  • Meet everyone from our revenue team (marketing, business development, sales and customer success) to understand their needs and build key relationships.

  • Understand our product, most important metrics and current processes in the revenue function.

  • Understand current onboarding & training materials as well as needs for the future.


Within 1 quarter you will…

  • Identify strengths & weaknesses in the current onboarding journey for new Sharpies in the revenue team

  • Create a plan to manage future onboardings, both operationally as well as content wise

  • Understand the most important tools used in the revenue team and also identify possible opportunities for new tools to be implemented

  • Identify needs for training and development as well as creating plans for future trainings

  • Successfully manage our CRM system


Within 1 year you will…

  • Bring marketing, business development, sales and customer success to peak performance

  • Implement & manage both onboarding and training best practices for the revenue team

  • Have implemented & managed (new) useful tools for the revenue team

  • Understand industry trends and be an expert on training for revenue teams and onboardings

Job requirements

We believe you’ll be successful if you are this type of person

  • You have strong people skills, having the ability to listen, communicate and relate to others.
  • You have a passion for coaching, training or leading teams (it’s a plus if you have the experience already!)
  • You are an analytical thinker and keen on seeking out solutions.
  • You are tech savvy.
  • You are a self starter who carries projects through to completion. 


These hard facts will get us excited to get to know you better

  • You have 1+ years of experience in a revenue driving role (sales, business development, account executive/manager, customer success, sales enablement).
  • You communicate fluently in English, German or various European languages is a plus.
  • You have experience managing CRM tools (i.e. Hubspot, Apollo, Gong io etc.)
  • You are familiar with sales methodologies (i.e. “MEDDIC”)
  • Having experience in implementing training or onboarding for the revenue/sales team is a plus!
