As our (Senior) Event Marketing Manager (f/m/x), you are responsible for the strongest channel driving the pipeline - from defining to implementing Sharpist’s B2B event strategy, both for external events and organizing inspiring internal events.

Within 1 month, you will...
Understand the core value Sharpist provides to business customers and learners
Get on top of current company offerings and industry trends
Dive into end-to-end execution of B2B events (external & internal, online & on-site), defining the objective of each event, setting up a project plan, managing stakeholders, coordinating with potential third parties, controlling the budget and tracking the performance
Within 1 quarter, you will…
Organize variety of events & webinars and collaborate on a trade fair to generate demand from our ideal customer profile
Collaborate with your colleagues to run multi channel marketing campaigns
Be responsible for the inquiries and coordination with external service providers and the support of speakers at our events, you will travel to the event and you will be responsible for the smooth running and the presence of our brand on site
Take ownership of our presence on social media, including generating pre-event excitement, during event videos, and post-event learnings
Within 1 year, you will…
Establish events as one of the most effective channels for driving the pipeline for both the DACH and UKI markets and define a solid event plan to determine which events to attend in which form (e.g. booth, speaking slot)
Build marketing-generated opportunities that make up 20-30% of the sales pipeline
Develop and implement an event strategy that is not only effective in attracting key decision-makers and champions of our ideal customer profile companies, but it’s also effective in networking with our existing customers to strengthen our relationship with them
Work with a graphic designer to design our external appearance including all event materials (from roll-up to flyers) so that we are easy to understand and recognize
