As Senior Field Marketing Manager DACH (m/f/x), you are responsible - from strategy to execution - for building the field marketing function DACH and driving the marketing-generated pipeline in one of our core markets.

What you'll do here at Sharpist

Within 1 month, you will…

  • You understand our organization and have identified the obstacles within our funnel

  • You met with key stakeholders among our 90 Sharpies. You built relationships with your close collaborators from the central marketing team, agencies, the BDR & sales teams, and some of our customers

  • You have a clear strategy on how to drive pipeline within your market and how to allocate your budget

Within 1 quarter, you will…

  • Have built high impact digital marketing programs with the leading indicators showing clear signs upwards

  • Have organized your first webinars and you have launched some campaigns to make the forthcoming event a true success

  • Have briefed the BDR team on your next campaigns and - in collaboration with the sales team - initiated programs for targeting specific accounts

Within 1 year, you will…

  • Have benefitted from your personal Sharpist coach and other Sharpist programs which helped you to make major progress on your personal development goals - professionally and personally

  • Have had a huge impact on the marketing generated pipeline

  • Have built a smoothly working marketing engine for your region and have a clear vision of how to take it even further

Job requirements

These hard facts will get us excited to get to know you better

  • Great B2B marketing know-how (Usually a candidate has a minimum of 5 but most likely more years of experience in various marketing roles including some time in a high growth B2B environment)

  • Experience with developing and executing regional and account-based marketing programs & plans (usually a minimum of 2 years plus)

  • Experience owning the regional marketing-generated pipeline as well as managing large budgets

  • A great conceptual understanding of digital B2B demand generation through organic and paid channels can be implemented by the digital marketing team

  • Strong collaboration skills for managing agencies, freelancers and relationships with internal stakeholders namely the central marketing, BDR and sales teams

  • Experience with organizing events, webinars, and multi-channel campaigns

  • You speak German on a native level

  • Willing to travel 10% of the time
