As a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist (f/m/x) you build and oversee the marketing automation roadmap. Starting with a basic set-up today, you take full ownership - from conceptualization to execution - to develop the marketing automation infrastructure of a rapidly scaling technology company.

You build key relationships with different teams and understand our product, metrics and marketing processes.
You map out the current marketing set up to identify potential gaps, you develop a plan for first improvements, and you launch your first project.
Within 1 quarter you will…
Identify strengths & weaknesses in the current marketing processes and you will have developed a marketing automation road map for subsequent quarters.
You successfully finish three minor projects to improve the data hygiene, develop a new reporting approach, and implement a new Martech tool.
Successfully collaborate with your colleagues from the marketing team to launch campaigns across multiple channels.
Within 1 year you will…
Bring marketing to peak performance, establish stable processes and thereby build the foundation for Sharpist to keep growing exponentially.
Become an expert for Sharpist’s marketing metrics and navigate our marketing efforts based on your data.
Have build a robust Martech stack and automate processes that serves as inspiration for your peers in the revenue operations community.
You have tested the newest marketing tools and used your technical expertise and curiosity to implement them even if there are native APIs with the CRM.
Be part of a growing, interdisciplinary team in which you develop very advanced marketing operations skills and grow as the company grows!
