As a Team Lead HR/People Operations Specialist (m/f/x), you are the backbone of all HR processes in our company and therefore manage the administrative setup of our entire employee lifecycle which positively contributes to our company culture.

Familiarize yourself with our internal processes and be responsible for building a strong people operations team (up to 4 Team members)
Support and lead the team in all our administrative HR processes (On- and offboarding, contract creations and amendments, work certificates, organizational chart structure, digital personnel files)
Optimize our company-wide payroll with our external tax consultancy
Initiate and install agile process improvements and optimizations in our HRIS, Personio
Advance our healthcare and benefits management as key projects which impact employee satisfaction and retention
Set up new HR policies that allow to collaboration effectively in a hybrid working environment
Lead the openings of further legal entities as Sharpists expands from an HR administrative perspective
Implement solutions to optimize communication between HR and employees
Define the approach of our people focus functions and operations
Grow in your responsibility and scope of your role due to the internal expansion of Sharpist
Become a respected Leader for your HR operations team

Detail-oriented pays close attention to the smallest details in contracts and other legal documents
Highly organized, enjoys creating, implementing, and tracking HR metrics
Autonomous, bringing initiative and ownership to your daily tasks
Confident, able to learn quickly and take on new challenges as they arise
An engaging and effective communicator
Reliable and dependable, solution-oriented
Previous work experiences in HR administrative positions
Knowledge of contract creations, labor/employment law, social security taxes, foreign entities, relocation processes, or any similar areas
Fluent in both English and German, confidently able to work in both languages as needed
Previous legal or corporate environment experience is a plus
