As a User Operations Specialist (f/m/x), your main responsibility is to ensure the best possible experience of all users from your assigned customers on our platform. Your role includes the coordination of tasks within the team as well as working on cross-team projects and initiatives with stakeholders from other teams.

What you'll do here at Sharpist

Within 1 month, you will...

  • Know all User Operations team members as well as all relevant collaborators and stakeholders from other teams

  • Understand the core value that Sharpist provides to its customers and users

  • Know the role, responsibilities and processes of the User Operations team

  • Get familiar with the background and calculation of relevant team KPIs

Within 1 quarter, you will…

  • Have analyzed comprehensive data around the behavior of our users in close collaboration with the Customer Success team

  • Understand the performance KPIs of the different functional teams and how this impacts on your team’s KPIs

  • Have taken the first project of your own and/or in collaboration with other team members or colleagues from different teams

Within 1 year, you will…

  • Have developed a thorough understanding of coaching, our product as well as all processes of a young company and know how to continuously develop them further

  • Have contributed your own ideas to improve the user experience as well as internal processes

  • Actively contribute to the achievement of the team’s quarterly OKRs

  • Play your part in the onboarding of new team members

Job requirements

  • Customer focus and pragmatism to find fast solutions for our user’s needs

  • Driven by continuous improvement by challenging the status quo

  • Affinity for personal development and interest in (business) coaching

These hard facts will get us excited to get to know you better

  • Background in psychology, business administration, or similar 

  • Experience in customer care (B2C or B2B) and strategic projects

  • Relevant experience in data analysis & processing

  • Experience in a digital environment, such as a dynamic start-up is a plus

  • Excellent German and English skills (both on C1 level or higher)

  • Based in Berlin or Munich (or willingness to move there)
