As VP Global Sales (m/f/x) you lead the growth trajectory of the company by scaling our Sales teams around the globe and work with with enterprises in a multi-billion dollar market.

What you'll do here at Sharpist

Within 1 month you will…

  • Take leadership responsibility for your 10-person team of Regional Directors, Account Executives, and Associates

  • Get familiar with the Sharpist Sales process and customer base

  • Develop your own conviction about strategy and tactics required to lead the global sales organization to success

Within 1 quarter you will…

  • Developed a good sense for aligning team capacities and capabilities with the company goals and the sales forecast

  • Start to lead by example demonstrating the desired way to work through the Sharpist sales process

  • Developed a good grasp of our global customer base and the respective local markets

Within 1 year you will…

  • Look back onto an intense and rewarding first year at Sharpist with a team you have multiplied in size and led to successfully delivering on their objectives

  • Have closed major partnerships with some of the world’s largest and most impactful companies

  • You Have opened Sharpist offices in some of the world’s most important business hubs

  • Build and lead world-class sales departments and grow the team by 10x over the next years

  • Experience in closing deals with a volume of €1million+ in enterprise sales
