What you'll do here at Sharpist
Within 1 year you will…
Manage operational processes such as target setting, forecasting and budgeting to set new standards for our revenue predictability
Define and provide insights on benchmarks and key performance metrics for the teams
Grow a strong team of 5-8 people revenue operations experts
Partner closely with finance, product and our revenue teams (Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to develop and executive initiatives which optimize our salesforce efficiency and productivity
Oversee the implementation of enabling systems, tools and processes

Build the backbone for effective scaling of our salesforce by providing insights and the strategy to expand in new markets at the right time
Become the most trusted advisor in our business for revenue growth strategies and operational excellence
Extend the team size to 10+
We believe, you'll be successful if you are this type of person
You are a very organized and a highly analytical thinker who has proven successes in providing holistic, detailed analyses and delivering effective outcomes
You love spending time analyzing data and creating new metrics to increase efficiency and communication across teams
You have the people skills to scale small teams and attract and retain talent
Creative and process-savvy - you are experienced in choosing effective organizational structures and metrics to enhance collaboration between the teams and ultimately their performance
You have strong interpersonal communication skills, liaising with all levels of the wider business teams across the organization
You have 5+ years experience in managing a successful B2B revenue operations team, most preferably in a SaaS environment, L&D industry experience is a plus
You have 5+ years of experience in working in fast-growing international organizations, or in a top tier management consultancy leading the successful execution of sales and revenue operations projects
You have successfully built and managed revenue teams up to minimum 8-10 people
You are familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Fluency in English
