  • Implemented and executed on OKRs, feedback processes, performance management
  • Built, coached, and lead people and recruitment teams of 10+ members
  • Savvy in people processes, tools, and automation as well as HR law
  • Experienced the good and the bad of hyper growth, either as a people leader (potentially by going through lay-offs) or as a strategy consultant (maybe in restructuring)
  • Has defined a 3-5 year roadmap for their organization and the people department
  • Track-record of delivering on people, culture, as well as business OKRs
  • Bonus: worked in the people space as well as another domain (e.g. operations)
  • fluency in German is a strong bonus
