As an Enterprise Account Manager (f/m/x), you will have a true impact in changing how companies train and develop the next generation of employees across the globe. Alongside our VP Sales, you will play a key role in our go-to-market strategy, and will primarily be responsible for growing our key accounts in the DACH region by supporting their strategic initiatives and employee growth by using Sharpist’s unique approach around digital coaching supported by a strong learner experience fueled by our Sharpist app.

Within 1 month, you will…
Have a successful onboarding and get to know your key stakeholders.
Understand the core value Sharpist provides to business customers and learners
Within 1 quarter, you will…
Understand your territory and build a territory plan in line with your sales target.
Identify strategic growth opportunities to help existing clients reach their goals
Start working with the Customer Success team to develop new strategies and uses cases
Conduct meetings with senior-level executives to demonstrate the value of our product
Put to use your exceptional CRM hygiene to provide up-to-date and accurate ongoing forecasts
Within 1 year, you will…
Master command of our corporate message and significantly contribute to our 3x growth
Create long-term relationships as the account manager of our largest clients (DAX 40)
Negotiate balanced renewals and expansions by identifying new sales opportunities and helping our clients to implement such strategic initiatives and, as such, help us grow our revenue

Well versed in value-based solution selling
Experience with Tech/SaaS and L&D/HR industry is a huge plus!
