As an Enterprise Relationship Manager (f/m/x), you will have a true impact in changing how companies train and develop the next generation of employees across the globe. Alongside our VP Sales, you will play a key role in our go-to-market strategy, and will primarily be responsible for growing key accounts by supporting their strategic initiatives and employee development by using Sharpist’s unique approach around digital coaching supported by a strong learner experience fuelled by our Sharpist app.

What you'll do here at Sharpist

In your role you will be the "one face" to the customer and also coordinate client related request if needed. Part of your role is also client project management and coordination (30%) as well as classic account management commercial responsibilities (70%). 

Within 1 month, you will…

  • Have a successful onboarding and get to know your key stakeholders.

  • Understand the core value Sharpist provides to business customers and learners

Within 1 quarter, you will…

  • Understand your territory and build a territory plan in line with your sales target. 

  • Identify strategic growth opportunities to help existing clients reach their goals

  • Conduct meetings with senior-level executives to demonstrate the value of our product

  • Put to use your exceptional CRM hygiene to provide up-to-date and accurate ongoing forecasts

Within 1 year, you will…

  • Master command of our corporate message and significantly contribute to our enterprise segment growth

  • Create long-term relationships as the Relationship Manager

  • Negotiate balanced renewals and expansions by identifying new sales opportunities and helping our clients to implement such strategic initiatives and, as such, help us grow our revenue

And then, what's next?

  • Develop and lead our Enterprise Account Management initiatives 

  • Create and drive opportunities cementing Sharpist's growth and your own!

Job requirements

Primary qualifications: 

  • 5+ years in Account Management or Sales on an enterprise level 

  • Native-level German (C1+) and fluent English

  • You can evidence previous consistent delivery of attaining quota targets and grow existing client portfolio

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business acumen & consultative mindset to identify areas where our digital coaching solution can help our clients reach their goals

  • Experience with Tech/SaaS and L&D/HR industry is a huge plus!

  • Great presentation skills along with high confidence when engaging with decision-makers

  • A positive & engaged approach to working collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partners

  • Inspired by working in a constantly changing and evolving work environment where growth is non-stop

  • Passionate about forecast accuracy and dedicated follow up skills that allow for nothing to fall through the cracks
