    • Berlin, Berlin, Germany

Build and optimize the systems powering our go-to-market strategy. Drive execution, enable teams, and create scalable growth as our RevOps Specialist / GTM Engineer.

Job description

At Sharpist, we are on a mission to empower everyone to lead a self-aware career and life. Our digital platform and network of 1,500 coaches is the driving force behind talent and leadership development at enterprises such as IKEA, BMW, and Miro.

We’ve transformed coaching into a data-driven experience, enabling measurable impact for individuals and organizations alike. By combining cutting-edge technology with personalized coaching journeys, we help employees unlock their full potential while driving meaningful business outcomes.

Our revenue engine is evolving every day. As our RevOps Specialist / GTM Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the systems, processes, and data flows that power our go-to-market strategy. This is your chance to build scalable infrastructure that connects marketing, sales, and customer success, ensuring we continue to grow smarter and faster.

What You’ll Do

In this role you will design and implement our go-to-market engine covering marketing, sales enablement and development, as well as customer expansion. You’ll take a proactive approach to uncover opportunities for improvement and iteratively refine how we work every day. You will guide the revenue leadership in data-driven decision-making and empower them to keep their focus on execution, ensuring our teams stay aligned and effective.

In 1 Month, You’ll:

  • Get up to speed with our tech stack (Hubspot, Google Sheets, Langdock, Modjo, and more) and understand how it supports our go-to-market strategy.

  • Audit our current processes, workflows, and tools to identify quick wins for sales efficiency and execution.

  • Build your first automation to streamline a key sales or marketing workflow.

  • Enable the sales team with updated playbooks or templates to improve their day-to-day productivity.

In 3 Months, You’ll:

  • Own the configuration and optimization of our CRM and GTM tools, ensuring data flows seamlessly across teams.

  • Deliver your first project, such as a revamped list building process or a lead-scoring model that prioritizes high-value opportunities.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on reporting needs, and operational priorities.

  • Roll out a sales enablement initiative, such as training sessions on our pre-disovery calls or creating a custom case study library.

In 6 Months, You’ll:

  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights into pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance.

  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve forecasting accuracy, reduce deal cycle times, or increase win rates.

  • Launch a sales enablement program that equips the team with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to execute effectively.

  • Start shaping our long-term RevOps strategy, identifying opportunities for scale and innovation.

In 12 Months, You’ll:

  • Be the go-to expert for all things RevOps, having built a scalable infrastructure that supports our ambitious growth goals.

  • Drive initiatives that directly impact revenue growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency.

  • Partner with sales leadership to refine enablement programs and ensure the team consistently hits their targets.

  • Either deepen your expertise with us or take the next step in your career – whether that’s leadership, entrepreneurship, or something else entirely.

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For – Month 0 Requirements

This isn’t your typical RevOps role. We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a builder mentality – someone who thrives on solving problems, creating scalable systems, and driving execution. Here’s what we expect from day one:

  1. Technical Mastery:

    • You’re a 10/10 in Google Sheets and proficient in Google Apps Script for automating workflows and enhancing productivity.

    • Python proficiency is a strong plus, as is experience with R or similar programming languages.

    • You use AI tools daily in your work to streamline processes and solve complex problems.

    • You have at least 3+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM, with deep expertise in its reporting and workflow functionality.

  2. Builder Personality:

    • You love creating and optimizing systems, whether that’s automating workflows, building dashboards, or designing scalable processes.

    • You’re hands-on, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments where you can make a tangible impact.

  3. Educational Background:

    • You’ve studied business informatics, supply chain management, or another operations-related or technical field.

    • Bonus: You’ve attended a coding bootcamp or have equivalent experience in building technical solutions.

  4. Experience:

    • You bring a proven track record of designing and implementing operational systems that drive measurable results.

    • You’ve collaborated with cross-functional teams and are comfortable working at the intersection of data, technology, and business operations.

    • While experience is valuable, we hire for potential and grit over a perfect resume. If you’re passionate about building systems that drive growth, we encourage you to apply – even if you don’t check every box.

The Process

We keep it simple and transparent:

  1. CV Screening: Send us your LinkedIn or resume – no lengthy cover letters needed.

  2. Intro Call: Meet with our CEO to discuss the role and your experience.

  3. Functional Fit Interview: Dive deeper into your technical skills and problem-solving approach with two team members (up to 2 day take home case exercise)

  4. Cultural Fit Interview: Meet more of the team to ensure our culture is a great match to your personal values. Optional: Reference calls.
