What we require from our Startup coaches:

• Motivation to help founders and young leaders master their unique challenges

• At least in the final stages of your coach training

• Previous coaching experience with a minimum of 5 clients

• Working experience in a startup, scale-up, VC or similar environment.

• Plus point: leadership or founding experience
