The Strategic Context

We partner with 300+ of the world's leading enterprises — IKEA, BMW, Airbus, Miro — to build their leaders and talent. We do it by combining real 1:1 human coaching with an AI Coach that's there between sessions: always-on guidance, follow-ups, in-the-moment support.

We have strong product-market fit and marquee logos. Now we're going after growth, and the enterprise segment is the engine. The clients you own decide how fast we scale across DACH and beyond. This is not a role on the edge of things — it's as close to the center as it gets.

The Role

You are the face of Sharpist to our biggest clients in DACH. When they have a problem, you're the first call. When they grow with us, it's because of you. You own a portfolio of enterprise accounts outright — keeping them, growing them, and making sure the programs deliver. You'll go head-to-head with CHROs, L&D leads, and C-suite execs.

Meeting them in person matters, so you'll travel to client HQs across the region around 30% of the time.

This is high-stakes, high-autonomy, and highly visible.

Here's the split:

• 70% – Account management and growth. You learn each client's business well enough to see the opportunity before they do.

Then you build the case and grow the account. Relentlessly.

• 30% – Running the programs and driving satisfaction. Coordinating across coaching, product, and ops so things actually land.

Some accounts are smooth. Others are messy and need untangling. You own both.

Within 1 month, you will…

• Learn the product and get in front of your clients

• Map every account: who holds the budget, who champions us, who you still need

  to win over

Within 1 quarter, you will…

• Own a sharp, data-backed growth plan for your portfolio. 

• Turn a client gap into a real expansion case — and pitch it to a senior executive

• Take on your first at-risk account and build the plan to turn it around

Within 1 year, you will…

• Hit your revenue and retention targets, and beat them

• Become the advisor CHROs and L&D leaders call before they make a decision 

• Set the standard — the way you work becomes how the rest of the team does the

  job

Who You Are

You've come from consulting, a startup, a client-facing strategy role, or from running things behind a C-suite exec as a chief of staff. Now you want your own patch to own. You want to grow and move things forward. Fast.

A few things that tend to be true of people who do well here:

• You have a strategic mind, but you're also an operator who executes and follows through. Nothing falls through the cracks.

• You're organized, curious, and comfortable juggling a lot of moving parts and people at once.

• You communicate clearly with anyone -whether you're presenting to a boardroom or talking things through with a colleague or an HR manager.

• You care about outcomes, not just optics — you're in it to make the client actually succeed.

• 3 years+ in top-tier consulting, a strategic client-facing role in B2B Enterprise, or a Chief of staff to a C-suite leader

• A real track record of owning important relationships and delivering results

• Native-level German (C1+) and fluent English

• Open to travel around DACH about 30% of the time
