The Role in a Nutshell 💯

You'll be the heartbeat of our office – the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our team can do their best work. Think of yourself as the ultimate host of our Berlin space!

What You'll Actually Do 🚀

• Run the show 🏢 Keep our office looking fresh – handle deliveries, mail, supplies, and make sure meeting rooms are ready to go

• Work with cool vendors ☕ Coordinate with cleaning crews, facilities peeps, and make sure we're stocked with the best snacks

• Welcome new teammates 🎉 Set up workstations, hand out access badges, and make sure everyone has what they need

• Plan epic team events 🥳 Team up with our People & Culture Lead to create unforgettable quarterly hangouts

• Be everyone's fave person 💬 Answer questions and solve problems online and onsite

You'd Be Perfect If You... ✨

• Have eagle eyes for details (you notice when something's off or needs a refresh)

• Love creating order from chaos (Marie Kondo vibes welcome)

• Genuinely enjoy helping people (and it shows!)

• Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do

• Show up consistently and follow through on what you promise

• Feel comfortable with tech and can pick up new tools quickly

• Speak both English and German fluently

• Can be onsite 3 -4 days per week

• Have a valid certificate of enrollment
